Scott Clinton, CPA

TAX MANAGER

Scott joined the firm in 2021 and brings almost 10 years of experience to HG&K. He focuses on helping small businesses and their owners, leaving clients with peace of mind and confidence moving forward.  Scott’s services include tax planning and compliance, accounting assistance, and ongoing business consulting.

Building long-term relationships upon trust is a passion of Scott’s. He strives to be the go-to advisor that can be called upon as clients go through changes or approach challenges.

Scott graduated from Augsburg University summa cum laude majoring in accounting, finance, and business management. He enjoyed tutoring students throughout attending Augsburg and evolved that experience into now leading HG&K’s mentorship program aimed at developing the staff professionally and individually. 

In his free time, he spends time with his wife, son, and golden retriever. He enjoys playing soccer, running, golfing, and all things outdoors.
